Center St-Irénée Fund - Father René Beaupère

The collection (over 30,000 books and 1,000 periodicals) focuses on the ecumenical movement, aimed at overcoming the barriers that have arisen over the years between Christian churches. The collections, the result of 80 years of ecumenical work and various donations, include documentation on Byzantine and Eastern Orthodoxy, Roman and Eastern Catholicism, Anglicanism, Lutheranism, Calvinism, etc.
The Centre St-Irénée donated this collection to the Henri-de-Lubac library in 2023. The collection bears the name of Father René Beaupère, who died in 2022.
The Fonds St-Irénée catalog is available here. It will gradually be integrated into the library and Sudoc catalogs.

Consultation and loans are available at the Henri-de-Lubac library, St-Paul campus, after making an appointment.
