On-site consultation is free. However, you must register in order to borrow documents.

You are an UCLy student

Registration is included in your university fees.
It gives you access to the two UCLy libraries and to those of the other institutions of the University of Lyon-St-Étienne.

If you are a student, teacher or researcher in an institution of the University of Lyon-St-Etienne.

Registration is free.
Loan conditions:
Students: 5 documents for 3 weeks
Teachers: 10 documents for 1 month
Other public: 5 documents for 3 weeks

You are a free or listener of “Theo online”, a member of a religious association or NGO, a cleric, a former teacher or former employee of the UCLy, a student of the Oratory, a person with a disability

You can benefit from an annual registration fee of €48 on presentation of proof.

You can benefit from an annual subscription of €20 on presentation of proof.

Other public

Annual registration is 82€ (valid from date to date).

Warehouse requests
Requests for external loans are only accepted for documents located in the library’s warehouse. Documents will be made available at the lending bank.

Documents requested after 10:00 a.m. will be available for consultation after 3:30 p.m. and those requested after 3:00 p.m. will be available the following morning.
